Image Alignment Option Missing

Recently I've lost the ability to align my images within a chart (see toolbar screenshot). Anyone know how I can get the alignment options back?

@Ty Cifuentez-Lempka   I had the same issue.  If you click on the inline button (below with red above it) and then back on the original size button the ability to center will appear again.  

I also just cleared my cache and it worked in Firefox on the first time.  You should probably just clear your browsers cache.

At least when the image is inside a list, this seems to be an editor limitation (whether intentional or something yet to be developed is another question)--the image will always align left. In this case, @Brant Schroeder's solution does not work.
