Ignoring Property fields when making a Diff

We use Confluence Yogi and make requirement Diffs between baselines. There is a particular property that changes very often due to the implementation, and while it is necessary for legacy reasons, we don't care if it changes (it is a line number used for sorting). We are looking for a way to make Diffs while ignoring this particular requirement property.
Has anyone solved an issue like this?
