To echo what Sireesha is saying, can you confirm with us the issue? Are you saying that when you remove the labels from all the spaces, then the category is still there, and you don't want it to be? Or that it disappeared and you want it to show? Could you also confirm your Confluence version, and let us know if you have run a reindex, which Sireesha recommended?

Are you saying you want to delete the category too from the sidebar? You might want to try rebuilding your index.
