If you have an enterprise license for Jira/Confluence, does this also include Trello Business Class?

We have procured an enterprise license for Confluence and Jira, we want to use the business class features and power ups in Trello too.  Are these separate purchases?

Trello requires its own license. None of the Jira and/or Confluence license options currently include Trello.
