We are very actively using jira and we would like to experiment with confluence.

When I try to start a trial, I get:

Error

You must signup for OnDemand before you can configure an OnDemand instance. If you already have an OnDemand account please check that it is linked to your current username.

The link in the message does not send me anywhere that mentions "OnDemand".

I have no idea what this means or what to do next.

Any guidance would be most appreciated.

Thanks,

Rich

OnDemand is a legacy name for our Cloud offering - we are still working on updating all the occurrences of the term.

You should be able to start a trial at Try our products in the Cloud, free for 7 days. Is that where you see the error?

If you want to download and install Confluence (not integrate with Jira in the Cloud) here is the link:  Download Confluence Server.

I look forward to hearing whether you can use any of the links I posted to start your trial and if not, please let us know so we can get to the bottom of it.
