I want to migrate data within spaces that belong to different instances

The organization I belong to has separated the company.
It operates in the same structure, but each corporation is independent.
I've read all the existing migration documents, but data migration between spaces is based on the premise that they belong to the same instance.
Is it possible to migrate space data from A instance to B instance?
I need to transfer all the data from CS Space set up in A instance to B instance.

I'd like to get some advice on guide documents or how to refer to them.
