My manager created a page within Confluence, and I then populated it with information. Now returning from a few weeks' leave, I no longer seem to have access to the page. I've clicked "Request access from the author" and my manager has granted the access, however I'm still getting the "This is a restricted page" message.
Even before granting access, my manager looked at page permissions and my name was on the list for full access - the page just wasn't visible through my login.
Hi @Emily Dolan ,
Could you check if you are restricted from space level permission?
Thanks,
Sravya
Hi Sravya,
I just clicked through to that area and it listed me with permission to both view and edit. I clicked on the little unlocked padlock on the side ("Remove Restrictions"), it took me to a page that said the page is restricted due to restrictions on the parent page.
I can't find the parent page, or who owns it..?
Thanks!
Emily

Fixed! My manager had moved the location, she's now moved it back under an unrestricted parent page.
