It showing localhost connection is refused. i tried to check in log file it showing following error.
22-Jul-2020 13:47:25.470 SEVERE [main] org.apache.catalina.startup.Catalina.stopServer Could not contact [localhost:8000] (base port [8000] and offset [0]). Tomcat may not be running. As i am just beginner of confluence anyone can help me ?
