I request immediate deletion of my account under the GDPR

I am unable to follow the normal account procedure because your system is nonfunctional. Every possible license has been as archived/deleted/unmade several weeks ago and yet I still receive this error:

Your account can't be deleted because:

  • This account is related to active accounts that are set to AUTO-RENEW.
  • This account is the primary billing contact for one or more products.
  • This account is a technical contact for one or more products.
  • To continue deleting this account the account owner needs to visit my.atlassian.com and designate a different user as a billing and technical contact.
  • Read our support documentation for more help and instructions: https://confluence.atlassian.com/x/pTgoPQ

```

 

As per the GDPR I request immediate deletion of my account, I cannot use the non-user GDPR form since it tells me I am a user, and the user GDPR flow directs me back to the broken deletion flow. Please honor my fair request immediately bypassing this nonsense.

Have you reached out to your Org Admin? They are the ones who manage the users in any Jira/Confluence instance.
