I'm unable to upload my profile picture or modify it

I stored my picture as a 299X299 JPEG image. Still, I can't change it's size, and it does not show up on my picture. This is latest Atlassian Jira stuff.

Ah, found the answer. The profile pic apparently is meant to be done when you first start out, and they neglected the error message. Here is where to do it:

https id.atlassian.com;manage;account-settings#avatar

This message board won't let me post the link for some reason. Change the space to // and the ; to /.

I can't even press the "Change profile picture" button. Nothing happens. Others having the same problem

@[deleted]- does anyone else encounter the same issue?

Attach a screenshot if you get an error. Also try to login using another browser and check if the profile picture is displayed.
