Hi Atlassian Support,
I’m unable to see my previous documents in Confluence. The documents were available earlier, but I can no longer find or access them.
Could you please help me check:
Please let me know if you need any additional details from my side.
Hello @Manisha Yadav
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Be advised that this is a user community. We are not Atlassian Support, but we can offer advice and suggestions based on our own experiences.
The tags on your post indicate you are using a Free subscription. Is that accurate?
And are you the person who set up the subscription? Or did somebody else set it up and grant you access?
When was the last time you were able to successfully access the content?
If you are using a Free subscription that you set up and you have not accessed the content for an extended period of time then the subscription may have been deactivated due to inactivity. I wrote an article about this which you can find here:

Hi Manisha,
A few things to check:
1. Trash — look for a Trash or Content Tools option under your Space Settings (or Personal space settings) — deleted pages are usually recoverable there for a period before permanent removal.
2. Permissions — check your Space Settings for Permissions, in case space/page access changed.
3. Search directly by title — sometimes pages still exist but don't show in the page tree if a parent page moved
