For a while now I haven't been able to access my confluence page. I thought there might be some underlying issue that might get resolved, but it seems like there might be a bigger issue.
My confluence url is: littlecritters.atlassian.net
When I try to access it, I get this error:
Atlassian Status Contact Support
Request ID: 8d8f4f4d159a452a8e0178c9d3e21e2f
We're sorry to hear you can no longer access your Confluence site.
Checking at the product details, it looks like it was deactivated due to inactivity, where the details with the date were sent to your email on August, 2025.
For reference on Free plans and inactivity, please see: What happens to Free plan apps if they're inactive for too long?
I have checked on our internal tools and indeed seems like your Confluence product is no longer available, but your Cloud site was not deleted. That means you can keep using the same URL you have and add new products within the same URL link.
We hope this helps in terms of clarification.
Regards,
Jessica
Hi @Jessica , I was aware of the inactivity issue and I've been keeping an eye on it, and have been updating it by editing some of the pages.
I'm very certain I've updated it after August 2025, although since I don't have access to it, I wouldn't be able to verify the latest date of the update.
Is there any way to restore the contents?

Hey Oleg,
Sorry about the late reply.
Checking at your request at Dec 8th and today again (11th Dec) as a double check, it seems the product data is no longer recoverable as it was deactivated some months ago, so even with a best effort to recover it, it is beyond recover now.
We're sorry about the content lost. If there is anything else we can help with or clarify, please don't hesitate to let us know.
Regards,
Jessica

Hi @Oleg Magrisso ,
If you're the Org admin, can you check admin.atlassian.com and see what the status is for your app? You could check this by navigating to Billing page.
It might be that the site has expired or something like this, but to confirm, you could reach out to Atlassian Support for someone from their end to check. 👀
Cheers,
Tobi

Hi @Tomislav Tobijas , thank you for the tips. I don't see any apps under Billing.
As for the Atlassian Support, I've been trying to find an email, go through the support guide steps, but every time I do, it tells me to either talk to the site admin, get help from the community or to check out the confluence how-to guides.
I'm guessing that my confluence page is still there, because when I type it, I get a green check, which I assume means it's valid.
I don't suppose you know if there's a "proper" way to contact support directly?
Thanks again for your help,
Oleg

Hey @Oleg Magrisso ,
Thanks for checking all that and for providing more details.
I've reached out to Community support team, and someone should get back to you here within a day or 2.
If needed, they will raise a ticket in your name, so support staff can check what's going on.
Cheers,
Tobi
