I lost the access to my community

Dears,

 

Unfortunately I can't log in into Confluence any more into eursc.atlassian.net

I lost all access rights. The message each time is 'You already requested access'.

The person that approves the access says that on his list I'm active with admin rights and he can't approve it any more.

Could you please help?

I'm afraid we can't help you - this needs your admins to fix your access, and we're not your administrators.

The person who approves the access should be able to tell you who your Cloud Confluence admins are, but if they can't, then you'll need to ask wider, the people who set you up with the (now broken) account, the other users of the Confluence, your colleagues and so-on.

I'm sorry, but it's nothing the Community can help with (unless your admins happen to be here and notice this question, of course!)

Thank you, I'll investigate further. I have noticed that it works with Chrome Browser only & I can access it on my mobile phone but not via any other Browser, neither Teams.
