Can you let me know exactly what you are looking to do? Are you asking us how to make a backup on PostgreSQL?

You can reference Configuring Backups for information on creating backups in Confluence.

To backup your database it depends what version you're using and what tools you have at hand, but for that I would recommend contacting your database administrator. They will be able to help you with that.
