I have problem to login in into the confluence server with admin account - How can I reset password?

The admin account cannot doing more access to my Confluence server - How can I reset the password ? 

Where I can find the exact version of installed version ?

Hi Massimo.

Unless your login page is customized the version is displayed beneath the login box:

If the version is not displayed on the login page, check the <confluence_home_dir>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log for the phrase, "Starting Confluence" as the version will be logged on startup.

The admin password reset instructions vary depending on your version, so please do check it. If the version is Confluence 6.5.0 or lower, use this doc: Restore Passwords To Recover Admin User Rights
