Welcome @Anri Jikia

You can check for the trashed spaces within the All spaces section. If it's not there, then you cannot restore it.

@Anri Jikia How long has it been since you used your Confluence site? Are you the only user? Did you receive any emails that it would be deactivated due to inactivity?

I will refer you to the response from @Trudy Claspill on this post for further information: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-questions/why-can-t-i-access-my-url/qaq-p/3243890

Hello @Anri Jikia

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

How long ago was the last time any user accessed any content in that Confluence instance?

Is it a free subscription?

Atlassian has a policy of deactivating Free subscriptions that are inactive for an extended period of time. The send a warning email to the Organization Admins before doing that. They send another email when they actually deactivate it.

If you are the Organization Admin you can try to reactivate it by going to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing From there select your billing account, then Subscriptions, then the Inactive tab. That will show your subscriptions that have been deactivated and the date of cancellation. For free subscriptions the data is deleted 15 days after deactivation.

To get an authoritative answer about the state of your subscription you can contact Billing support at
