Yes, this can happen on free Atlassian accounts if there has been no login activity for around 120 days. In such cases, the account may be deactivated automatically for inactivity.
Unfortunately, users cannot reactivate these accounts on their own. The only way to restore access is through Atlassian Support. Since this is a public forum, please avoid sharing your email address or any sensitive details here.
You can raise a request directly with Atlassian by submitting a support ticket from the Atlassian Support portal, or wait for the Atlassian team to follow up if a Community Champion has already escalated it on your behalf.
Once support reviews the request, they can confirm whether the account can be reactivated or if a new account needs to be created.
