Well the reason can be, that those accounts does not have Confluence App access.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

but my colligue has access to confluence but not me

It's possible, that some users have access, some not.

Depends from permissions, granted by company administrator. You need to ask person, who is responsible for Jira/Confluence, in your company.
