I have a blue banner that now shows a scroll bar underneath. This started happening in the last few weeks and not sure why.

@Dinesh Kumar It looks, to me, like this is an image that someone added to the top of the page (or maybe all pages if you can do that in Data Center). The scroll bar may be because the image is wider than the page.
