I'm trying to update several programme overview pages but one of them I have not got the ability to edit, the icon isn't even there, I have changed the permissions about but nothing is working...

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
Overall site admin right does not mean that you were able to edit all pages (and view them) Maybe there is a restriction set that you cannot edit? Please take a look on this page for more information
