I grant access to my confluence page, but some users cannot access. There are no restrictions.

I have added specific users to the page with no restrictions, but they still cannot get to the page. They see a notficiation about the page in their confluence, but cannot access it.

Hi,

did you check the access to the space? Pages can only be restricted, but before that one has to be granted access to the space where the page is stored.

Space permissions or else the user needs to log into Confluence first if SSO didn't kick in.
