I do not save the emergency code and I am not able to login with two step verification.  can you show me the Steps to recover your Atlassian account.

You would need to reach out to Atlassian Support and explain your situation there. Usually, they can assist you with login issues.

Adding to Tomislav's response, you can reference this documentation https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/login-issues-related-to-two-step-verification/#Your-emergency-recovery-key-doesn--x27-t-work-or-you--x27-ve-lost-it , it outlines the steps needed to recover your account after you've misplaced the 2FA device or codes.
