I cannot upgrade Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager Plugin to v3.0.3 from 3.0.2

When I attempt to upgrade from inside the Confluence 'Manage apps' menu, the following error is displayed below the Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager Plugin;
'An error was encountered while updating the UPM. See the logs for more details.'

I have a log pulled from the issue, but I am uncertain what to decipher from it;
As this is an Atlassian plugin throwing the error, I am hopeful that a resolution will be found, relatively quickly, and I will do my best to get additional information as requested.

I'd love to see what you found in your log file, if you could share that with us! I'd like you to replicate the error again in the UI and at the same timestamp in your logs, provide any error messages you see, including the bit at the end that indicates caused by:

You can use either Dropbox or something like Pastebin to send your logs, if there's any problem including them here.

Please also include your Confluence version for my reference.
