I cannot see my uploaded files listed in the Attachments Macro for Cloud Confluence.

I've checked my permissions several times (I am the owner and admin and site admin for my Confluence space and still cannot see attachments listed in the attachment macro. I can see the file associated to the page by clicking the paperclip or viewing "attachments" in the ... options menu.

I've requested a Reindex of my site as a last ditch effort, but I really need this macro to work!

Hello James,

Thank you for contacting us about this. Were you able to solve this issue? If not, can you tell me if you're using the Attachments macro in the new editor? If it's the new editor, you'll see the publish button in the top-right. 

When viewing the attachments from the options menu, are you able to preview that attachment? 

I understand that this is for Cloud, which requires a support ticket be created for a reindex. I wasn't able to find the reindex request under your email address. Was it under another account? You can let me know the ticket number if so, I just want to tie the two threads together.
