It says i have some billing stuff, but i never used billing. Isn't there support or something ?
Hi @Andrei Aleonte! Deleting an Atlassian account can be blocked for a few common reasons.
Your account is managed by an organization (SSO/Atlassian Access).
You are a site/org admin or a billing contact for a cloud site.
There are active products (including trials) or unpaid invoices tied to your account.
If your account is managed: you can’t delete it yourself. Ask your organization’s admin to remove or deactivate you.
If your account isn’t managed:
In every site you belong to, cancel active products or transfer admin/ownership to someone else.
Remove yourself as billing contact (or add another person so you’re not the only one).
Make sure there are no outstanding invoices.
When the above is clear:
Go to id.atlassian.com → Account preferences → Delete account, and confirm. There’s a short grace period to undo it; after that, it’s permanent.
If you only want to leave a site or stop paying for one product, you don’t need to delete your whole account—just leave that site or cancel that product.

Welcome @Andrei Aleonte
Have you followed the steps from this article? https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/delete-your-atlassian-account/
Also, if you are not the billing administrator, your billing administrator needs to take a look at the billing. Overall, I'd suggest to go through the article steps.
