I cannot add the Table of Contents Macro to a Confluence template I'm making

After reviewing the following article https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/table-of-contents-macro-182682099.html and after knowing that I've created a TOC in a template before, I'm thinking this feels like a bug.

I am NOT able to create a TOC in a template at all. After selecting "TOC" macro, and then --> Okay, nothing appears or happens.

I've also noticed that I cant add a children display macro within a template or other macros.

I'm using cloud atlassian.

Hi Norm,

It appears that you ran into this bug, which has since been resolved as of last week.

Can you give that another try and confirm with me if the issue is now resolved for you?
