Hi, I am trying to add a URL to draw.io shapes which we normally do but now I cannot add URL and it just allow a Confluence page to be linked.
Hey there! Please try using the method explained at https://drawio-app.com/blog/linking-content-in-draw-io-diagrams/. When you right-click (or secondary click) on the shape, you can select Edit Link to insert any URL, Confluence page, diagram tab or page header. You can also have a look at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RTbrX-xG59Q, where you will find a video snippet on how to link to a URL of your choice :)
Hi Bastian,
Some of our users are also experiencing this issue.
When following the video and clicking Edit Link in draw.io Diagrams, we are only seeing the available options below (no Add URL option):
Confluence Page Anchor
Attachments
Search
Page
In addition, the UI popup appears distorted/incorrect. The green radio button is also spinning.
Could you please confirm if this is a known issue or if there is a fix available?
Thanks

Hi @Aprille Sta_ Maria . Thanks for your reply. The Edit Link menu should look like this:
May you please contact our technical support via support@draw.io or turn to our helpdesk directly (https://drawio.link/technicalsupport)? My colleagues will help you asap, so you won't experience that behavior any longer.
Best,
Bastian

Hi Bastian, quick update, the bug doesn’t appear on the previous Edge version, but does appear on the new Edge version.
