I can't put files on the confluence page

When I use the macro to insert files and images, nothing happens, the system does not open the window to choose the file.

I'm using the new Edge, but the problem also occurs in firefox. There is no AdBlocker and I put the confluence in the pop-up exception.

I asked the administrator to review the space permissions and it was really disabled to add attachments. Now, the confluence could warn instead of "doing nothing".
