I can't find Confluence Groups settings
Hoping you can help me out.
I'm trying to edit our Group settings so I can add a member to a group, and I'm following this document https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/adding-or-removing-users-in-groups-138321.html
But I can't seem to find the Groups icon where the document suggests.
This is what I see, any help?

the direct URL for Confluence Server is
https://<your-server>/admin/users/browsegroups.action
or on Cloud:
