I can't access new help center in jira.

I tried to access through this procedure but i failed, i don't see this project setting, then i can go to portal setting

Any one who knows, please i need your assistance

1. Go to Project settings > Portal settings

2. Click on View and customize under Look and feel

3. Toggle on the new experience under Try the new help center

This is for Jira Cloud only, are you sure you have a Cloud instance? Is your Jira URL https;//<yoursitename>.atlassian.net?
