Hi, I am using my personal account as it is practically impossible to reach you otherwise.
I have an active account in my organisation with the following email: alvaro.salazar@sphinx-electronics.de but this account is no longer used by my organisation (but it is the one I currently use).
My email now is alvaro.salazar@haefele.com but every time I want to make an update like my password or anything, it says it will send an email to this account (alvaro.salazar@sphinx-electronics.de), which again, is not receiving any emails nr spam or anything.
What can I possibly do to make this work?
This depends, is the account, unmanaged or managed?
