All the pages I was able to access on wiki are no longer accessible after migration to
confluence.
How can this be fixed ?
I can't even access any new created page/link.
Hi @wdorgham_cisco_com ,
This is likely an account or permissions mapping issue after the migration, rather than a problem with the links themselves. Ask a Confluence or organization admin to confirm that the Atlassian account you are using has Confluence app access and belongs to the expected groups. If this was a Server or Data Center migration, a migrated user can exist in Cloud without receiving app access.
The admin should then open one affected page and use Restrictions → Inspect permissions for your account. The report identifies whether access is blocked at the site, space, or page level. Since newly created pages are also affected, app access and space access should be checked before individual page restrictions. Atlassian documents the process in Inspect a user’s permissions.
Also confirm that you are signing in with the same email address that was mapped during the migration. If the administrator verifies all three access levels and the problem remains, add the exact error message shown on screen so the failure can be narrowed down without sharing the internal site URL.
