All the pages I was able to access on wiki are no longer accessible after migration to

confluence.

How can this be fixed ?
I can't even access any new created page/link.

Unless you're a named contact Atlassian Support may not be able to help :(

Best bet is to ask around internally for whoever owns Jira/Confluence/Atlassian. You might try searching for terms like "migration", "data center", "conversion", "upgrade", etc. as keywords that could help you find the right team(s).

I think it's always this tricky part in big organizations where sometimes you just don't know who's in charge of what around the System Administration/Application Administrator stack.

Hi @wdorgham_cisco_com ,

This is likely an account or permissions mapping issue after the migration, rather than a problem with the links themselves. Ask a Confluence or organization admin to confirm that the Atlassian account you are using has Confluence app access and belongs to the expected groups. If this was a Server or Data Center migration, a migrated user can exist in Cloud without receiving app access.

The admin should then open one affected page and use Restrictions → Inspect permissions for your account. The report identifies whether access is blocked at the site, space, or page level. Since newly created pages are also affected, app access and space access should be checked before individual page restrictions. Atlassian documents the process in Inspect a user’s permissions.

Also confirm that you are signing in with the same email address that was mapped during the migration. If the administrator verifies all three access levels and the problem remains, add the exact error message shown on screen so the failure can be narrowed down without sharing the internal site URL.

Hello @wdorgham_cisco_com

Are you the one who did the migration?

Anybody else? Organization Admin,?

Or were you just migrating from other tool

Or you are just an Standard User? If yes, then Community Forum is not the right place, because we cannot manage your permission. Neither Atlassian. Only your internal Admin.

There are lots of possibilities causing it, so please recapitulate your use case a little.

Btw. Just as small advice, Enterprise Costumers have mostly an Dedicated support, so you should also never hesitate to use it.

Best,

Arek 🤠

Hello Arkadiusz,

I'm just a standard user. I'm not able to access any page since the pages were migrated to Confluence.
How can I find my internal admin?

That's always tricky, but you should ask your IT; they should know who is in charge of your Atlassian stack.
