I can not login in Confluence, linked with Jira

I have created a new staging environment from my production system.   I have modified the settings - I have confluence running, the database is running - and all have been modified with my staging information.    I use Jira for Confluence login - to utilize the LDAP settings in Jira - I am able to login to Jira with no issues - but I am not able to login to confluence.  I have modified the JIRA user server for Confluence to point to the IP of my new staging Jira Server.

Not sure what I am missing at this point...

Hi @JDave

Let us know the version of JIRA and Confluence you are using. What is the error message you are getting when you try to login to Confluence?

Please review the Connecting Confluence to Jira applications for User Management section and see if you have followed all the steps.

Thanks,
Amith Mathur

Hi @JDave

Please verify that the Applications links are correctly configured with the base url of the instances.  Can you please verify all the possible resolutions mentioned in this page ?

Thanks,
Amith Mathur
