I can not add new pages to my restored Confluence Cloud space

I have restored my (old) Confluence space from a cloud back up to my new cloud instance and I can see the space and pages just fine, but I can not add pages to it.

When I click on the CREATE button I see the message

"Start by creating a space - Start a space first, so your pages have a place to live"

... I am Org & Site admin.. I added Confluence-user permissions as a "why not" but no difference, what have I missed?

@Steven Codd

You should take a look at the area permissions in the new cloud instance and adjust them if necessary.

So... it appears since I restored from a Standard plan instance to a Free instance that all of the existing space permissions were blocked. I had to accept granting all access to everyone (Free rules) to move on.   Thanks
