I can no longer share documents in Confluence as before

Greetings Fellow Confluence Masters, 

Previously I would be able to share documents with a specific user by clicking 'Share' and then entering the name or email address of the user I would like to share the document with, however, ever since a few days ago, when I now attempt to 'Share' a document, all I get is a share link with no option to share with a specific individual.

Hi @Omar Hafez,

Are you using cloud or server?

It is possible that you're mail server is not configured or has some error right now.  This option usually goes away when that is the issue.

You should check to see if your mail server is configured, if you are not a system admin you should ask your organization's system admin.
