I am using Roadmap planner macro. Is there a way to import data from existing excel sheet?

We have been managing roadmap in excel and want to convert into roadmap planner macro. I don't want to type first column value from hundreds of rows to create "Bar" and dates manually. Wondering is there a way to import in the tool.
