I am unable to extract information via confluence connector in copilot studio agent. I get a response - "I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?". If I try directly in copilot studio, it says "No information was found that could help answer this. Edit knowledge sources"
Hi @Kiran Acharya ,
Is that the only thing that's not working, or the whole 'connection' is not working as well? Can you also maybe share how you've made the connection? Did this work before and stopped working, or didn't it work at all?
I'm asking as I've found this discussion related to Rovo MCP tools no longer being discovered within Copilot Studio: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-ca/answers/questions/5890333/microsoft-copilot-studio-rovo-mcp-tools-no-longer
I haven't played with Copilot myself, but generally speaking, "No information was found" is often related to how permissions and indexing are handled between Atlassian and Microsoft's Graph connectors 👀
Cheers,
Tobi
Hello @Kiran Acharya
Are you using the native M365 connector or the Rovo MCP tool? Check if the page even shows up in global Microsoft Search outside the agent.
When global search fails too, it's probably an indexing or identity mapping issue on the connector side. But if global search works and only the agent strikes out, problem is in your Copilot Studio knowledge source setup.
Troubleshooting connectors always depends on whether you can identify where the problem actually comes from.
In most cases, permissions and how and if content is passing through are the main issue.
That can be quite an interesting Topic for you: Solved: Anyone has experience with Confluence Copilot conn...
Best,
Arek🤠
