I am unable to add new comments to the Confluence pages

I am unable to add new comments to the Confluence pages

I can respond to and like the inline comments that other people have added, but I am unable to create brand new inline comment. The comment button just fails to show. In distant past I remember having it, but even then i may had to scroll to see it, but now i do not get it at all....

Does anyboy have idea what the issue may be caused by?

@Laurie Sciutti Thank you for your response. It does happen to all pages, using all browsers, that i have tried.

@Cristina Greyling ~ check the space permissions: https://<yoursiteURL>/admin/permissions/viewdefaultspacepermissions.action. Do you have the Add Comments permission enabled?
