I am trying to create a page on a space I follow but the space will not show up

I want to create a page on a space I follow but my drop down is only showing one option for space and will not search for any additional ones.

Sounds like you lost "View" (and likely other) permissions. You will need to contact your friendly Confluence admin and asked to be added back to the Space, or group(s) that grant access to the Space in question.
