Hi there,

I was invited to various Confluence boards and accepted but I am still showing up on the board as: NAME (Confluence invite sent)

All others tagged on the board you can click on their name to view their profile, etc. whereas mine is greyed out.

Hi @Jessica Peck 

Welcome to the community.

Only options I can give you, can you try an incognito window or another browser, did this fix the issue?

If not, then it seems like a back-end issue of the instance.

Reach out to an admin of the Atlassian Products used and have them raise an issue at Atlassian Support

Thanks for your reply.

I have tried logging in on Google Chrome incognito and its still the same:

All my colleagues in the task appear @Name and you can click their name. 

Weirdly, I created a new task and I can tag myself. Its just the tasks I have been invited to.
