I am not permitted to add file in a confluence page. How can I fix it?

When I am trying to upload a file in a confluence page, I get the following error

Hi, @Nikolaos Raptis _Nokia_ 

You need to ask Space administrator, who has right to change permissions in space, or Atlassian administrator, to add you permissions to add Attachments. It's separate type of permissions. And if you don't have it - you can't add files - that's exactly what error on screen tells you.
