This message typically means the site/workspace provisioning failed on Atlassian’s side, not that your workspace name is invalid. 😊
You can try the below ways:
Try a different network/browser and disable extensions (ad blockers/privacy tools can interfere).
Use a different workspace URL (sometimes the suggested one conflicts in the backend even if it looks available).
If it still fails, the fastest path is to contact Atlassian Support and include the Anonymous ID shown in the error (that ID helps them find the backend failure quickly).
