I am no longer to access my app on confluence

how can I access my app on https://experienceengineer.atlassian.net. This is currently being deactivated and I have some important data on this.

Was this a free subscription? 

Did you receive an email from Atlassian that it was being deactivated? If so there was a "contact us" link in that email that you can use to contact Atlassian about that.
