He forgot his password so he hit the reset password. He then tried to log in, and it says that it sent him a code like multi-factor Authentication but he does not get anything on his phone and he doesn't remember setting multi-factor up at all. I as the admin tried to reset his password but cannot find a place to do so and someone else mentioned in the community that the user needs to log in once before the admin can reset their password. What can I do to get his access back? Thanks in advance.

In any case, when it asks you for the double authentication factor, read it carefully, because I think that at the end of the page there is an option that tells you that you can continue without said verification.
