Hyperlinks Displaying as URLs Instead of Display Text in Confluence is that a bug ?
I think this is based on Sharepoint different url creating for internal and external users (guests). This is why resolving is an issue.
For Microsoft 365, check guest link settings in the SharePoint Admin Center to see how external sharing URLs are generated for external users
So this is not related to Confluence but to Sharepoint and related settings in Sharepoint
Can you send us a screenshot of the page and how the links looks?
Any URL pasted in a confluence page will look like a URL/inline/card. This depends on the default link display set on your profile.

Once you paste the link, you can change it or break the link to see text.
Do you see that behaviour?

Thank you in advance.
Let me outline the issue. When I, as an internal user, paste a link from SharePoint, the display text is shown instead of the URL, which works as expected.
The problem occurs with an external user who has guest access to the SharePoint site. We have reviewed the user's profile as you suggested, and it is configured correctly with the link preference set to Inline. However, links are still displayed as URLs rather than as display text for this user.

Hi again!
I think that could be due to the guest not having access to Sharepoint or since the guest doesnt have confluence access like a normal user, the authentication between confluence and sharepoint breaks. and Ms doesnt support guest access.
Can you try by adding a link using CTRL + K?
paste the url in that window and add a name to the link.
