Hyperlink to a Document on One Drive

I need to add a hyperlink to an Excel spreadsheet on my OneDrive from a page in Confluence.  I need to be able to update the spreadsheet periodically and then have those updates flow back up to Confluence.  Right now, I've been able to add a link etc. to the Confluence page but any changes I make to the spreadsheet are not reflected when I select the link from the Confluence page.  Please help
