Link to files located on Onedrive business / sharepoint?

Christoffer Engvall December 13, 2017

Hello,

In my workplace we are storing all documents on OneDrive for business via Office 365. Is it possible somehow to link/reference these documents easily on confluence?

The best i have found is navigating to the onedrive web client and copying the URL to the file. And in confluence i add a Web link to this file and manually type the file name as Link text. The access rights are fully controlled by onedrive in this case.

Are there any easier way to do this? We are using self-hosted confluence.

Thanks

I understand that you are using web links to link to SharePoint files in Confluence and would like to know if there is a better method.

The overview for the SharePoint Connector for Confluence mentions that it will allow you to:

Search, embed and link between SharePoint and Confluence as though they were one system.

Please let me know if that is the kind of solution you are looking for.
