How to verify the domain to get managed accounts via our 365 Entra AD?

Dear community,

we subscribed a Confluence Cloud Standard license and an Atlassian Guard Standard license. Now we try to configure the basic things. 
We = IT department with application and infrastucture experts. 

But to be honest: following the documentation Connect to Azure Active Directory | Atlassian Support* has no success. 

What we already achieved: in https://admin.atlassian.com/

1. Adding our domain name
2. Following "Azure AD sync" (we prefer that)
3. Choosing Identity provider MS Entra ID
4. Named the directory
