How to use Confluence Table filter for this specific example?

I would like to use Confluence Table Filter macro, specifically the free text field to filter for the following values only.

- Contact [Member]

- Address [Personal]

-Email [Business]

Can somebody please help with the syntax for this?

Please, add an example of the table to understand what rows should be filtered out.
